What is one wish you would make if you knew it would come true?
I'd wish for dogs to live as long as humans.
Heidi is a wife and mom of two who fills her days traveling for work, attending sporting events with her daughter, and spending time with friends and family. During her time off she loves to volunteer as it fills a quiet place in her heart that was made for purpose. She is at her best when she is giving back to our community.
Heidi has worked in healthcare operations as a senior director for recruitment and staffing for almost 20 years. Her experience has allowed her to travel across the US to understand the needs of rural America. She has volunteered with a number of local organizations since she began volunteering with intention more than five years ago.
She serves as a board member because she has been helped, supported, and shaped by others — and giving back feels like the natural next step. The loss of her own mom and dad, who gave so much, inspired her to give back even more as part of her healing process. Serving and giving back to our community is a value she carries with intention.
Her favorite role in life has been being a wife and mother. She is grounded in her faith, grateful for meaningful time with friends, and finds purpose in watching her children grow into resilient, compassionate humans.
