What is one wish you would make if you knew it would come true?
I'd wish to win the lottery to pay for my education and give back to my community.
Dedicated to helping those in need Sidney found a love serving at Foster the Love. She began volunteering with Foster the Love as a community service project during her freshman year of high school in Student Government and continued to be helping hand when they needed it. After graduation she decided to join the team!
Sidney is currently attending ULL. As the closet manager she curates clothing and in-kind donations. She also manages the inventory flow for clients in need. You can refer to her as the chaos coordinator in the office!!
Throughout her life she has been driven to uplift others in our community with a special place in her heart for kids. As a young girl scout she co-lead the project Coats with a Note, benefitting the homeless, and worked for Mardi Gras balls for special needs kids. As a teen, she found a passion in volunteering at holiday parties for Foster the Love.
When she is not at Foster the Love you can find Sidney at the dance studio sharing her passion for dance with the younger generation. She spends her free time volunteering with St. Joseph’s Dinner or the St. Jude philanthropy. You can also find her on campus at UL or at a coffee shop studying. Fun facts: spaghetti is her favorite food, and she loves fun socks!
Sidney would love to chat about volunteering and any questions about donations!
