Rates are applied to the standard room type for single or double occupancy. There is an additional adult charge of $10.00 per person, per night. Rates are non-commissionable and exclusive of applicable taxes which are 14.2%. See below for more details.

BILLING: A credit card is required to confirm reservations. Individuals will be asked for a credit card upon arrival to secure room, tax, and/or incidentals unless an authorized representative of your company has given written permission for charges to be posted to an established master account for direct billing. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit or credit card must guarantee all reservations. If a guest fails to arrive and does not cancel, the appropriate room and tax charges for one night will be charged against the form of payment used to guarantee and all remaining days will be released. Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before the date of arrival. A cancellation number should be obtained from the reservations agent for reference. 

MEETINGS AND CONVENTIONS: The proposed rates are for individual travel only and may not be utilized for group or convention attendees with over 9 rooms per night. Requests for 10 or more rooms will be considered a group booking and will be handled through the Sales Office.
